I am grateful for the radiant and calm steps you offer us to embrace our painful emotions.
Hi everyone. I am from Vietnam. I work with positive psychology.

Very interesting , human and spiritual way of approaching the emotional problemas .Iris Lieber
Beautiful!
Thank you for the experience, your loving caring tone, and the invitation for recognition, acceptance, investigation and reflection, and nurturing kindness.
Grateful the wonderful metaphors you used…. the living room, the basement, the seeds, watering, snowballs that get bigger, nurturing the crying baby, what we want to cultivate to center and invite stability, etc.
All these were so helpful and quite lovely. Thank you.
Also, sincerely appreciated even the simple recognition of “ouch” to help honor the feeling was a nice way to help say hello and observe it is there nonjudgmentally, but not quickly brush it off, but also not let yourself stay stuck in it. It naturally lead towards greater kindness and nurturance to follow as I went through the rest of the steps. That was nice. I also love the practice of practicing this activity regularly to help invite reshaping the feeling over time. What a lovely invitation for reframing the feeling as something to teach is open to what it has to teach.
Looking forward to the meditation again… see how the feeling shifts over time. Thank you again.
Sincerely enjoyed this meditation.
