Hello Kaira , I appreciate a lot your
four -step method. I think one of the most difficult issues we have to deal with is accepting our weakness as a part of us .
Kairas tone is a bit low too plus the volume if she can try and speak a little louder in to the microfone

A lovely Experience…m watching recording would love to be there live..Im from India
It was so powerful. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion
Thank you for your wise and insiteful training in mindfulness. I practised some of what you taught today after watching your video and found it very helpful. Life can be challenging, but as you say you find your true self, or the beauty of the lotus flower in the mud. I have read some of the Dalai Lama’s books and recognise that life is suffering, and the learning is how you choose to respond to it. My biggest challenge currently is to recognise the importance of self care amongst it. Thanks again. Rebecca
Thank you so much, my thoughts are with India right now, my troubles seem so small in comparison.
Thank you, Kaira for introducing the Rain Meditation Practice. I learn a lot.
