It is always a great honor to hear from the Dalai Lama particularly in this difficult time. Thank you to all who organized and participated in this heart warming summit.
Common responsibility to make a happy humanity,
Beautiful message, thank you so much 🙏
Wonderful experience with the Dalai Lama despite the distance and time. He transports us to another realm of understanding of ourselves and our role in the world regardind our sense as well as comprehension of humanity as one. His speech from his sensitive, truethfull heart connects to our heart and lead us to expands our consciousnesd. I am indeed deeply touched by him and will add his suggestions and inputs into my research agenda. Much grateful for this valuable summit.
The time for participating or watching the guests contributions was very little for many of us. Therefore, considering both relevance and objective of the summit as well as its global feature ,together with its importance in this time of extreme caused by the Pandemia, I suggest that these videos continue to be accessible for free, as the largest population in the world is undergoing hardship.
I believe that the main purpose of the summit is to help humanity to understand and overcome destructive emotions, shifting from them to compassion, loving kindness and a heartfelt attitude/intention towards others, hence ensuring access is a coherent and elevated decision to support this mission.
Thank you to underline the necessity of making accessible the summit videos and the Holiness teachings for everybody without any conditions as a matter of reality, to help as much as people developing peace within and out with .
May all find and share peacefulness.
Thank you to all the participants of the summit and beyond .
It’s always an opportunity and privilege to hear his Holiness simply explain his wonderfully consistent and beautiful view of reality and how we should approach day to day life to benefit ourselves and everyone else.
I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for sharing this conversation.
Wish peace and happiness around the world.

Yes we need to educate the children at school but also the parents expecting babies to support the emotional development pre school. So clear when his holiness explains – every one would benefit from hearing this to understand their role in a happy society and planet. Keep spreading the message every one!

Thank you Holiness….so profound ,we are all blessed we got the chance to hear you …
Yes, of course, nice. BUT- the power of destructive emotions seems to be so imense. Imagine you have a group or a country with loads of nice and compassionate people and there is this one person – or group- screeming and lying and misbehaving like hell, their influence is so massive, ALL world, all the media are discussing and focussing on this misbehaviour. This is happening everywhere, even in very small groups . How to develop the strength to stand against that, to say what there is to say, how to manage not to be seen as a bad person, a whistleblower? Yes, I know the answer for sure is compassion, cooperation a.s.o. – We know that, we hear it all the time, we try to live accordingly – but still… now we have loads of techniques teaching us all these wonderful things. If we have the time and the money we can happily engage in that and have a great time. Yes, I have experienced it works. Also – and more often – it does not work. Then we need courage, to stand up, to support each other, to be truly solidary. So how to develop courage? To exercise wrathful compassion we need to be so much more skillfull, less ego -driven of course, but also willing to take risks.
STrange how a pandemic has produced the means in which to connect globally with each other in such a meaningful way.
This has been transformative and fairly simple.
Let us all train our minds to teach our emotions to be more loving and compassionate in order to eliminate the hatred and fear which are blocking our ability to be happy and to help each other to have less pain and suffering in all of our lives.
Did I get that right?
I would like to draw attention to the real unsung hero here:
The translator Thupten Jinpa, who talked on day 2.
If this was a live-session and he did translate on the fly he is incredible!
I never saw him taking a pause for a second.
(even if this was edited later and he had time to translate,
he seems to have a tremendous capacity to focus and stay on the subject)
Such are the non-spectacular yet amazing accomplishments of longterm meditation.
Thank You so very much Every One for Amazing Event ,THIS IS AMAZING EXPERIENCE for me !!!

Muy agradecida por este evento! Que podamos caminar hacia una humanidad más compasiva!

The most profound and beautiful, loving and hopeful hours I have spent. So deeply inspiring. To know that 97,000 humans are participating from 140 countries world wide is amazing and gives hope that we may actually create a better, loving world and save our beautiful planet…
With love and deep appreciation. I will carry what I have learned with me as I go through my life and share with others. ❤️

I am so grateful that the opportunity to listen to this was extended!
It is so inspiring to listen to His Holiness. Thank you so much.
There is so much suffering, negativity, and hate in the world .
I may not be able to change the minds of others,
but at least if I can continue to train my own mind, I may be able to have some positive impact somewhere.
Thank you for making the summit available and for extending the viewing times! I am grateful for all the work involved and for the beautiful sharing and valuable reminders your extended to each of one us: that we can make each encounter a loving and peaceful one.
I am really grateful to all of you.!! Thanks a lot! 🙏💖
Gracias por siempre!! Desde que compre el libro de Emociones destructivas hace tantos años , estoy eternamente agradecida de lo actual de esas enseñanzas que perduran en el tiempo. Love and compassion for all for your generosity. Thank you…
Thuk je chey! 🙏🏻 from the bottom of my heart to all the organizers and presenters especially His Holiness the Dalai Lama for his profound wisdom and teachings on compassion for all sentient beings, social transformation, universal understanding and oneness of humanity. This has been an amazing four days of learning about the mind, emotion, and the benefits of generating positive emotions. Thank you also to Geshey Thupten Jinpa la for his wonderful translation. The Science and Wisdom of Emotion Summit has truly been an amazing experience and I feel blessed I had this opportunity to participate and learn. Thank you so much.
Wonderful experience!!!
I feel blessed. Thank you!
I love/embrace the idea of teaching/using Natural Compassion. The truth is obvious that people must love others, ourselves and the whole world. Why not make this an easy task by offering it each day in lieu of carrying the media induced attitudes of hate. Thank you , Your Holiness and Daniel and Richard – light and enlightening.
Thank you very much to you all for this wonderful presentations. I hope that more and more people can experience what I learned and realize.
This was amazing 😉!!!
Thank you all so much. It was wonderful to hear the history and beginnings of this summit outlined in the last session on day 4. Will you keep us up to date from now on in some way? That is, with a website or occasional newsletter which is something I particularly thought of after hearing the dialogue about where we have been and where we are going. I am extremely interested to keep in touch somehow. You have done an amazing and unique amount of research and gained so many insights to share with us globally especially during this time of crisis at every level. Take care.
Thank you..this was a beautiful summit. Please tell us how we can get involved in continuing this important work.
