Very nice guiding meditation,
Tnks for sharing with us Rev. Ronné Wingate
🙏🙏🙏
wow what a great session so grounded so practical and love how you guided us through this meditation Rev Ronne. This is my best session so far.
There is beeping from a smoke detector or whatever it is. Really disturbing even when I try not to hear it. It is very loud. Can you retake this practice without the beeping?
I had the same issue. Was it BART or an underground railway as there was a rumbling all the time too? It was such as shame as the voice recording was so clear.

I’m wondering if that sound was a time marker of some sort?
Beautiful moment, thank u for the guidance 🙏
what an exquisite being, offering safety, openness and deep care. A beautiful example of what we can be. many thanks
A moment of calm and serenity. A lovely guided meditation. Thank you . Namaste

Loved this practice. Thank you
Love the guidance of the practice! thanks a lot Rev. Ronné Wingate Sims, DMin
Poderosa practica… muchas gracias.
Thank you very much for this powerful healing practice. Love
When my wife and I heard the beeping, we stopped the program, and I went upstairs to look at our fire alarm. Nothing. We started again. More beeping. We stopped the program. I took a ladder upstairs and looked at the alarm. Nothing. Hard wired. No battery. Went back and finished the program. Amusing.
Muchas gracias por la práctica, muy sanadora y reconfortante sobre todo cuando cargas con experiencias pasadas dolorosas.
Thank you Rev. Ronnie for leading us into meditation practice. Be it any religion, awareness, mindfulness, appreciation and gratitude always place a vital role in well being.
Thank you and love and regards from India
Wonderful practice, Ronnè. Thank you so much!
For a very long time, I saw my emotions as my true Identity and thought that I was at its mercy, especially when dealing with very strong emotions of unworthiness, angry at my contribution to where I am at. Upset for not loving myself when I should have, not appreciating how strong and resilient I am. Thank you for allowing me to see the greatness within me.
After such a busy morning so glad I use this to slow down at work! Thank you! Love from Long Beach!
I appreciate and love this meditation, Thank you so much
Deeply thank you
I was able to identify my feelings of profound sadness and anxiety concerning the issues of racial inequality and injustice, from the time my ancestors were enslaved in America, to present day. When Rev. Ronne’ spoke of giving thanks to those before you, related by blood or struggle, my eyes burned with tears, thanking those ancestors of mine who were strong and resilient enough to survive the horrors of the Middle Passage.
Thank you for this meditation that addressed, for me, intergenerational trauma.
The most powerfull practice I have done this days! Tank you so much!!
This was such a great session. Thank you Dr. Sims.
It was a delightful meditation, thank you very much. I did not hear any disturbing sound but those of my thoughts, which came up from time to time;-)
One of these thoughts has to do with the critical part in me. I was wondering, where the “Healing Intergenerational Trauma” part took place. Is it the moment, where we thank our anchestors? Can it be that simple?
Wonderful! I feel peace and love! Thank you so much!
So calming that I want to listen to it before bedtime in order to really relax
I missed the Summit, and I apreciate the fact that the material is available on line! i will invite myself to go through it all, doing the guided practices, at may own pace… I am awfully thankful for this precious gift!
That is so funny. Although I found the meditation so helpful, when I read the comments of other people experiencing the periodic beeping, I felt relieved. I had experienced the same beeping noise as I started listening last night. I went downstairs to turn off my house alarm after standing in the kitchen trying to figure out which door/window alarm was beeping and needing a battery. I went back upstairs ~ turned Rev Ronné’s meditation back on and again heard what appeared to be a smoke detector needing a battery ~ beeping periodically. I am so grateful that other people commented that it was on the tape itself. I didn’t even imagine that wad the case. I didn’t end up using any ladders to go up into the attic, but thank you for helping me out and saving part of my day today. I was going to change batteries in my smoke detectors around the house.
